I mentioned earlier……….there may just be a retrace to test the lower Kumo base…….

The reversal we anticipated in the higher khaki box zone has given a maximum move of circa US$5675 to this point on one contract.

A member has asked for an updated chart on Silver. My thoughts at the moment are that there could be some hesitation at the old gap (khaki box), and that would be a good place to look for any reversal pattern. Be aware that Kumo is thin at that point but there may just be a retrace to test the lower Kumo base, then perhaps another move north. I personally like silver for the long term.

A member asked last night about trading Silver down to the potential bullish reversal area shown in the last post, and at that point I mentioned to be cautious as there may be a slight rise first before any move down.

Note for all the members interested in Ichimoku we can look at the Kijun Sen and the Senkou A to form as possible resistance/reversal. (Also notice ahead Kumo has turned bearish). These are all points covered in more details in the video.
