Eur.Nzd #32 – longer term expect 2800 pips

One for our longer term member traders who like to sit with a trade.

I have been constructing a Purple Trace on Eur.Nzd weekly chart and if my calculations are correct it indicates the possibility of around 2800 pips before the end of July/August  2010. Entry to this trade could be in the short term, and off the daily candle. We will use Ichimoku Kijun to guide us on exits once this move gets underway.

I will put up a chart for the first move once I see the entry pattern.

    Hi Arco,
    i’ve seen the chart and think the only trade you may advice is long position for target around 2.1050.
    Does it correct?

    Is the chart for this posted as yet?

    Also If get chance can you Put some “purple lines” on OIL chart if it is no trouble as I scalp and trade US Light sweet a lot – can use teh brent aswell :D

    Hi Arco. Care to share how you see the setup? Are you playing Ichimoku or formation? Incidentally, I notice on the EUR/NZD D1 chart a very beautiful H&S. A trade could have been entered on 30 Dec and closed on 5 Jan. 300 pips!

    Hi Arco;

    Based on your analysis of Gold testing the $1000.00 an ounce level, and I believe the assumption that the NZD correlates to Gold prices about 80% are you waiting for Gold to begin its descent before making a move on the this currency pair?

      Hi Dimitri. Really hard to pinpoint exactly, but perhaps around where we are now or between 9250 and 9500

    I Start today a Long-Term Trade with your Trade Idea #32
    My First Entry is now at 1.9825 Long (I’ve closed my previous Positions.)
    with additional Entrys in the Future.
    We will see how much Pips this Trade Idea will bring.
